Erum Ilyas

Erum Ilyas, MD, MBE, FAAD serves as the Interim Academic Chair of the Department of Dermatology at Drexel University College of Medicine and holds the position of Associate Professor since January 2023. In addition, Erum Ilyas is the CEO and Founder of AmberNoon, a brand that focuses on creating versatile and stylish clothing. As a practicing dermatologist, Erum Ilyas has worked with Schweiger Dermatology Group since January 2021 and previously at Montgomery Dermatology, LLC from 2009 to January 2021. Erum Ilyas was an official member of the Philadelphia Business Journal Leadership Trust from September 2019 to October 2020. Educational qualifications include an MD from Drexel University College of Medicine, an MBE in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and Philosophy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, along with a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
