John Palusci

John Palusci serves as the Vice President of Strategic Finance at Schweiger Dermatology Group since July 2025, following an extensive tenure at BAYADA Home Health Care from July 2009 to June 2025, where held the position of Vice President, Transformation and Strategic Finance. At BAYADA, John established financial capabilities, launched an enterprise transformation program, and supported the executive team with M&A and capital planning. Prior roles included various leadership positions in financial planning and analysis. John also owns a brief entrepreneurial venture as the sole proprietor of John Palusci Music and has a strong academic background, holding an MBA from The Wharton School and an Honors BA in Chemistry from the University of Pennsylvania. Additional experiences include teaching assistantships, project management, and research positions.
