Samantha Tait

Samantha Tait has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Samantha began their career as a Sales Associate at Heather Bleu Home in 2017. In 2018, they gained experience as a Nanny for a family, an Office and Counselor Assistant at Supreme Wellness Recovery, and a Rental Clerk at Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications. In 2019, Samantha worked as a Nurse Technician at Pediatric Specialty Care and served as the Vice President of the College of Health & Human Development Ambassadors. Samantha then completed an internship as a Biobehavioral Health Undergraduate Teaching Intern at Penn State University. From 2020 to 2022, Samantha worked as a Senior Medical Assistant at PENNSYLVANIA DERMATOLOGY GROUP, P.C. Currently, they hold the position of Medical Assistant at Schweiger Dermatology Group, starting in October 2022.

Samantha Tait attended Penn State University from 2016 to 2020 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biobehavioral Health. In addition to their degree, Samantha also obtained several certifications during their time in education. In May 2019, they received CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the Emergency Care & Safety Institute. In the same month, they also completed the Direct Care Staff Training and Competency program offered by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. In June 2018, Samantha completed the HIPAA Awareness for Healthcare Providers training provided by HIPAA Training and the Hospice Care program offered by the Abramson Center for Jewish Life. Furthermore, in January 2020, they obtained certifications in the Clery Act, FERPA, and Reporting Child Abuse from the Learning Resource Network. These certifications demonstrate Samantha's commitment to acquiring additional knowledge and skills in various areas related to their field of study.
