Tarnia Green has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Tarnia currently works at Schweiger Dermatology Group as an Operations Leader, where they co-manage teams and processes to ensure the success of the office. Prior to this, Tarnia served as an Entrepreneur/Startup CEO/TV Personality at Kweyol Delights Inc. Tarnia'sprevious role at LVMH involved providing executive support, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office facilities. Tarnia also worked at Omnicom Media Group as an Administrative Lead/Reception Coordinator and at Digicel Group as a Media Operations Manager, TV host, and Senior Executive Producer. Tarnia's earlier experience includes roles at the Government of Dominica as a Senior Producer/News Anchor at the Government Information Service (GIS) and as a Reporter/Producer/Anchor at the Government Information Service of the Commonwealth of Dominica. Tarnia began their career at D.B.S Radio as a News Reporter and Radio Announcer, where they reported on events, hosted radio programs, and presented news stories.

Tarnia Green has a diverse education history. Tarnia completed an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Leicester between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication Studies from the University of the West Indies-Mona Jamaica-CARIMAC, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. In 1995, Tarnia attended the Convent Secretarial Class at Convent High School, where they completed a program in Secretarial and Business studies known as LCCI. Finally, between 1989 and 1994, they attended Wesley High School Dominica and received a CXC Qualification in 7 Subjects. In addition to their formal education, Tarnia also obtained certification in AED and CPR training from the Health and Safety Training Institute in August 2019.
