Fahima Arif is a Failure Analysis Engineer at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories since February 2024, specializing in FMEA initiatives and supplier compliance coordination. Previously, Fahima served as a Research Assistant at California State University, Northridge, and as a Hardware Engineer at SeeDevice Inc., where performance optimization of quantum CMOS image sensor chips was a key focus. Additional experience includes providing IT support and serving as a Teaching Assistant at California State University, Northridge. Fahima also holds the position of NASA Research Fellow, developing an object detection model that significantly improved waste recognition accuracy. Entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of The Dolce House involved managing an online bakery, while work as an Assistant Project Engineer at Raija Solar included overseeing a substantial solar power project installation. Fahima holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from St. Joseph College of Engineering in India.
