Fred Pollard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, management, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Hardware Engineering Technician at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories since April 2020, Fred's previous roles include Resource Conservation Manager at the University of Idaho, where responsibilities included developing energy conservation programs and managing utility metering. Fred has also owned and managed Alpha Technology, focusing on equipment maintenance, and served as Chair for SME 248 to promote manufacturing.
