Pablo Vilches Maderal

Pablo Vilches Maderal is an experienced Project Controller with a robust background in project management and engineering, currently working at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) since October 2021. Previously, Pablo held the same title at DEME from June 2018 to October 2021, managing projects such as Hinkley Point C and Moray East, alongside roles as Project Engineer for various offshore and civil engineering projects. Additional experience includes site management at SIMA Ingenieria Montajes y Servicios and structural engineering roles with a focus on scaffolding design for the Johan Sverdrup Jacket Project.
