Richard Grindstaff

Richard Grindstaff is a Project Engineer I specializing in automation at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories since March 2022. Previously, Richard served as the control system lead at JLL from May 2021 to March 2022 and held the position of Robotics Controls Engineer at House of Design Robotics between June 2017 and May 2021, where Richard also completed an internship. Richard's early experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Northwest Nazarene University from January 2016 to May 2017. Richard is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Northwest Nazarene University, attended from 2013 to 2018.
