Rod Engel has extensive work experience in the ski resort industry. Rod started their career in 1987 as a Financial Controller at Loveland Ski Area, where they worked until 1993. Rod then moved on to Mt. Hood Meadows Ski Resort, where they held the position of Financial Controller from 1993 until 1999. In 1999, Rod joined Schweitzer Mountain Resort as the Chief Financial Officer, a role they continue to hold.
Rod Engel attended the University of Iowa from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance.
