Samuel Schmid

Samuel Schmid has extensive experience in radio broadcasting, currently serving as Co-Leiter of Radio SRF 1 and SRF Musikwelle at SRF - Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen since March 2011. In addition to this leadership role, Samuel Schmid holds responsibilities as Tagesverantwortlicher and is a member of the programming management team, alongside previous positions as a producer, reporter, and editor. Prior to joining SRF, Samuel Schmid worked as a reporter at Radio FM1 from January 2009 to February 2011. Samuel Schmid earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Publizistik from the University of Zurich, completing the degree between 2002 and 2010.
