Josh Bantz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and finishing sectors, currently serving as the Pre-Finishing Manager at Schwieters Companies, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Bantz held roles such as Finishing Manager at Siewert Cabinet & Fixture Manufacturing Inc. and Plant Manager at Traditions Finishing Inc. Between 2012 and 2019, Bantz contributed to Goebel and Goebel Fixture Company in various capacities, advancing from Finishing Supervisor to Finishing Manager.
