Masoud Mehrjoo

Masoud Mehrjoo currently serves as a Computational Biomedical Scientist at SCHWIND eye-tech-solutions GmbH, where responsibilities include 3D corneal OCT image processing and segmentation. Prior to this position, Masoud held a Scientist role at DESY, focusing on Ptychography Imaging at soft X-ray sources and wavefront sensing for extreme ultraviolet lithography. Masoud's academic journey included a PhD at European XFEL, where expertise was developed in hard X-ray beam characterization and phase retrieval algorithms. Masoud also engaged in theoretical modeling during a fellowship at The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and completed a Master's degree at the University of Tehran, concentrating on the mathematical modeling of metallic nano-particle agglomeration.
