Lucas Hodge is an experienced project manager with a focus on construction projects within the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Schwob Energy Services since June 2018, Lucas oversees the management of various construction initiatives. Prior to this role, Lucas held the position of Project Superintendent, where responsibilities included managing daily construction activities across mechanical, structural, and civil trades. Lucas's earlier career includes work as a General Foreman at Wood from May 2016 to June 2018, where task management for pipe fabrication and equipment setting were key responsibilities, along with ensuring productivity and safety practices. Additionally, Lucas served as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Supervisor, where tracking project construction and report building for quality accountability were primary duties.
