Rosa Shelton has extensive experience in IT governance and quality assurance, currently serving in IT Governance & Partners Management at Schwyzer Kantonalbank since February 2021, focusing on enhancing the Enterprise Architecture Management System and IT processes. Previously, Rosa held various roles at LGT Capital Partners from October 2008 to January 2021, leading the QA team while also functioning as a DevOps Engineer, Scrum Master, business analyst, and solution designer.
