Allison Ellsworth

Allison Ellsworth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruiting and operations within the life sciences and administrative sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner, Operations, at Sci.bio Recruiting since October 2018, Allison has held various leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Recruiting Operations and Sr. Recruiting Partner & Director of HR. Prior to Sci.bio, Allison worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Moderna Therapeutics, where contributions were made to establishing groundbreaking messenger RNA therapeutics. Earlier career experiences include positions at OfficeTeam, NETC, and Nona's Homemade, where valuable skills in staffing, account management, and customer service were developed. Allison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Dickinson College, where the academic journey began.
