Neel Damani

Neel Damani is an experienced industrial engineer currently serving as the Lead Industrial Engineer at SCI Group Inc since December 2022, focusing on cost reduction, productivity, and service improvement while providing mentorship to the engineering team. Prior to this role, Neel held various positions at Ocado Engineering, starting as a Maintenance Engineer and progressing to the Step-Up Engineering Team Manager, where responsibilities included frontline support for automation systems and project involvement in engineering install and commissioning. Additional experience includes serving as a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons and a Commissioning Engineer at Ismart Automation, where installation and maintenance of home automation processors were key tasks.
