Asih Anggraini has been working in the customer service industry since 2018. Asih began their career as a Staff Trainer at MEC Indonesia in 2018. Asih then moved to Traveloka in 2019, where they worked as a Training Specialist. In 2021, they joined Teleperformance Indonesia as a Training Specialist and then moved to BukuKas as a Senior Customer Experience Trainer. Asih is currently working as a Customer Service Team Lead at SCI Ecommerce since 2022.
Asih Anggraini obtained a Sarjana Sastra in English Language and Literature/Letters from Universitas Negeri Padang between 2014 and 2019.
