James Alesi is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in system and software engineering across diverse roles. Currently serving as a Principal System Engineer at SciTec, Inc., since June 2023, James previously worked as an MBSE Consultant at Concord USA, Inc., where a SysML methodology was developed for a cancer screening instrument. James has held significant positions at Lockheed Martin, including Lead System Architect for a sea-based defense program and Senior System Engineer focused on radar systems. Additional experience includes leading software development at Thunderbolt Software LLC, research engineering at the University of Delaware, and earlier roles in applications engineering and LabVIEW programming. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
