Prior to these positions, significant contributions were made at SCI Technology, where roles included MRO Manager overseeing depot operations and Production Test Supervisor. Caleb's career began in the United States Air Force, with notable positions such as Air Force Repair Enhancement Program Manager, Combat Air Advisor, and lead quality assurance inspector for fighter aircraft. An educational foundation in Aviation Maintenance Technology includes an Associate of Science degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
