Vijeta Soni has held various positions in the past 16 years. In 2003, they were a Summer Research Intern at The Coca-Cola Company. Two years later, they were a Product Designer (content) at Weatherford. In 2007, they worked as a Graduate Researcher (Mergers & Acquisitions) at the University of Houston. After that, in 2008, they were a Senior Manager - Talent, Technology & Transformation at Overstock.com. In 2010, they were a Head Digital Strategy & Client Solutions (Specialist) at LearningMate. In 2013, they held two positions at Reliance Industries Limited as Vice President Technology & Innovations and General Manager - Technology and Innovations. In 2018, they were Vice President, Chairman's Office at Jio Institute. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of Sciative Solutions Private Limited, which was identified as India's Top 10 Most Promising Startup (2019) by FICCI. Her SaaS product and CaaS are successfully deployed in the top Hospitality, Retail, E-commerce, Entertainment and Travel companies in India and USA.

Vijeta Soni has an educational background that includes Entrepreneurial Studies from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Certification from MIT Sloan Executive Education in MIT's Approach to Design Thinking, and a Master of Science in Human Technology and Consumer Sciences from the University of Houston.
