Hesham Gomaa has extensive experience in the paint industry, currently serving as CRM Manager for Sales & Marketing and Colors Development Manager at Scib Paints since June 2010, where responsibilities include developing high-quality color formulations and managing a dedicated team for color development. Previously, Hesham held the position of Maintenance Manager for Color Centers, overseeing retail maintenance teams and implementing preventive maintenance protocols. Prior experience includes working as a Rig Mechanic at the Egyptian Drilling Company and a trainee Fleet Engineer at SHELL MARKETING EGYPT LTD. Hesham Gomaa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University and has also attended the American University in Cairo.
