Dr. Townsend has over fifteen years of research and preclinical development experience with expertise in host-pathogen interactions supporting biotechnology with a broad range of therapeutic indications. Stacy has successfully led R&D efforts resulting in numerous patents, grants, and IND submissions. She earned her Ph.D. in Veterinary Microbiology from Texas A&M University, a BS from the University of California, Riverside.
