The leadership team at SciBac has a history of working in the fermentation and biotech industries. They have experience as directors, researchers, and scientists at companies such as Cobalt Technologies, UCLA, and Genencor International. They also have applied experience in biology from working as an applied biologist for F1 progeny at Mucha Family. The team is educated from some of the top schools in the nation, including University of California, Los Angeles, Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and Stanford University.
