Management and Strategy

The Management and Strategy team at SCIDaR is responsible for the overarching strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization. This team develops and implements strategic plans to advance SCIDaR's mission, oversees talent management and capacity building, ensures legal and compliance adherence, manages finances, and coordinates logistics and supply chain operations. By integrating these functions, the team supports the effective and sustainable delivery of SCIDaR's health, social, and economic transformation programs across West and Central Africa.
