Quinn Smith

Quinn Smith's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of North America Water Technologies at SciDev starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, Quinn was the Vice President of Global Business Development at ECT2. Quinn also worked at Bureau Veritas Group where they held various roles including Director of Emerging Markets from 2019 to 2021, Senior Manager of Business Development & Customer Service from 2014 to 2020, and Business Development Manager from 2011 to 2014. Before joining Bureau Veritas Group, Quinn was the Environmental Health & Safety Manager at Molson Coors Canada from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Quinn worked at SouthBridge Group as the Corporate Environmental Health & Safety Leader from 2005 to 2008, at Owens Corning Canada as an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist from 2004 to 2005, and at Wescast Industries Inc. as an Environmental Health & Safety Leader from 1994 to 2004.

Quinn Smith holds a diploma in Business Administration and Digital Marketing from McMaster University, which they obtained between 2017 and 2023. They also have a professional designation in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals, which was earned in 2004. In addition, Smith holds a diploma in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from McMaster University from 2002 to 2003, and a diploma in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician from Ryerson University from 1999 to 2001. They also have additional certifications including the Crestcom Leadership Certificate from Crestcom International, the Lead Auditor certification from ISO 14001 Certification, and the Wescast-Laurier Leadership Certificate from Wescast-Laurier.
