Joseph J. Romano

Joseph J. Romano, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller at both ScieGen Pharmaceuticals Inc and Bactolac Pharmaceutical, Inc. since April 2018, overseeing accounting, budgeting, payroll, and the financial close process. Prior to this, Joseph spent a decade at Marcum LLP where roles included Supervisor, Senior Associate, and Staff Associate in Assurance Services, managing audit engagements for various industries. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Hofstra University between 2007 and 2009.
