Pratik Shah

Pratik Shah is currently the Head of the Product Implementation Group at Scienaptic AI, a company that provides analytics-driven SAAS Credit & Risk Underwriting Product for banks and other lending institutions. In this role, they are responsible for driving the development of scalable and robust machine learning pipelines, training and validating ML models, and improving portfolio approval while maintaining NPAs.

Prior to their current position, Pratik worked at FICO® where they held various roles including Senior Manager, Lead Engineer, and Senior Product Support Engineer from 2012 to 2022.

Before joining FICO®, Pratik worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Software Engineer from 2007 to 2012.

Pratik Shah completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering at Nirma Institute Of Technology from 2003 to 2007. Pratik then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2008 to 2010.
