Tolga Hayali, Ed.D. is the Superintendent at Science Academies of New York Charter Schools, with a background in various leadership roles in education. Tolga holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership Management and Policy from Seton Hall University, as well as several certificates and degrees from Harvard and Syracuse University.
