Alix Scales has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and operations field. In 2022, they began working as an Associate at Pavilion and as Director, Implementations at Science Exchange. In 2021, they were an Associate Director, Strategy and Business Development Capabilities and Senior Manager, Strategy and Business Development Capabilities at Bristol Myers Squibb. From 2014 to 2021, Alix worked at Lutron Electronics in roles such as New Product Operations Engineer, Lead IT Business Partner - International Assignment, Senior IT Business Partner, and Operations Project Engineer. In 2012, they were an OEM Industrial Engineer at Southwire Company and a Project Analyst Intern at Walt Disney World. Alix Scales graduated from the University of Florida in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
