Christine Kuto

Christine Kuto currently serves as the Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary at the Science for Africa Foundation, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this, Christine worked as a Consulting Global Governance Officer and Company Secretary for various non-profit organizations from April 2021 to August 2023. From April 2018 to March 2021, Christine headed Legal and Compliance at the African Academy of Sciences and previously held the roles of General Counsel and Executive Officer at a university from October 2004 to April 2018. The early career includes an internship focused on community development in South Sudan in 2002-2003. Christine's academic credentials include a Master of Laws in International Financial Law and Regulations from Strathmore University, a Post-Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa, among other qualifications.
