Robert Callahan Schreiber

Robert Callahan Schreiber has over 16 years of experience in museum programming and community engagement, currently serving as the Director of Museum Access & Equity at the Science Museum of Minnesota since January 2007. In this role, Robert has established a department aimed at creating inclusive, community-based programming for underrepresented groups. Previous positions include Program Manager, where Robert co-created initiatives to support racial equity, and Manager of Alumni & Internship Program, where an innovative paid internship program was developed for young people to explore STEM and social justice. Earlier experience includes managing high school youth programs, directing community research projects at the Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs, and leading conservation efforts at Conservation Corps Minnesota. Robert holds a BA in Liberal Studies from Saint John's University.
