Laconia Butler

Laconia Butler possesses a diverse background in educational and operational roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a Document Specialist at Leidos since May 2025 and a Planetarium Presenter at the Science Museum Oklahoma since August 2022, Laconia has previously held positions such as Director of Youth Programs at Gaillardia Country Club and Columnist and Sales at The Brew OKC. With experience as a STEAM Outreach Specialist at The STEAM Engine and Enrollment Counselor at Graduation Alliance, Laconia also has a rich history in visitor experience coordination at Oklahoma Contemporary, where responsibilities included staff training, scheduling, and managing communications. Additional experience includes event coordination at Anthem Brewing Company and camp management at Orlando Science Center, showcasing strong skills in staff management, program development, and customer engagement.
