Director Of Outreach And Equity Programs at Society for Science

Caitlin Sullivan has a diverse work experience in the field of education and outreach programs. From 2002 to 2009, they worked as a High School Chemistry and Physics Teacher at Montgomery Blair High School. In this role, they effectively educated and engaged students in these subjects. From 2009, they joined the Society for Science where they served as the Program Manager for the Intel Science Talent Search, overseeing all student-centered aspects of the program. Caitlin then progressed to become the Director of Outreach and Equity Programs, leading various initiatives to support and expand student research projects in STEM.

Caitlin Sullivan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Caitlin then pursued a Master of Science degree in Education at the same institution, from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Caitlin has obtained two certifications: "Excel PivotTable Quick Tips" from LinkedIn in February 2022, and "Developing Adaptability as a Manager" from LinkedIn in March 2020.
