Janet Raloff

Editor (digital), Science News Explores at Society for Science

Janet Raloff is an experienced editor currently serving as the digital editor for Science News Explores and as the editor for Science News for Students since July 2022, following a name change from the latter. Raloff has been a senior editor for Science News Magazine since 1977 and held the position of Sr. Editor at Science News. Additionally, Raloff was a founding board member and member of the Society of Environmental Journalists from 1989 to 2016. Raloff earned a degree from Northwestern University between 1970 and 1975.
