Nathan Bogart is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles in both non-profit and private sectors. Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Society for Science since January 2022, Nathan previously held positions at E. Cohen as a Senior Accountant, where specialized in enhancing transparency and efficiency in client accounting functions. Nathan's earlier tenure at Bender JCC of Greater Washington included roles such as Director of Accounting, where management of the finance department involved overseeing numerous accounting operations and staff. Significant achievements include onboarding a new payroll platform, streamlining purchasing and reconciliation processes, and securing $1.75 million in matching grant funds for a capital campaign. Nathan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
