Pratham Patkar

Pratham Patkar has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Software Engineering Analyst at Accenture Technology and Services in Mumbai from May 2012 to April 2014. During this time, they gained valuable experience in both Agile and waterfall software development methodologies.

Following this, Pratham worked as a Volunteer at Prerana, a non-profit organization, from May 2012 to August 2016. Pratham was involved in various tasks, including managing information, updating and maintaining the organization's social media presence, and providing training on social media and content management.

In 2015, Pratham briefly worked as an Organizational Development Intern at Volu, Inc., where they supported small to medium-sized organizations in managing their volunteers.

Pratham's most recent position was with the Society for Science, where they held multiple roles. Pratham started as a Jr. IT Project Manager in September 2016 and was promoted to IT Project Manager in November 2017. Pratham further advanced to the position of IT Director in March 2020 and currently serves as the Director of Business Systems since June 2022.

Pratham Patkar began their education at Hiranandani Foundation School, where they completed their secondary school education from 1993 to 2006. Pratham then attended Ramnarain Ruia College from 2006 to 2008, obtaining their high school degree with a focus on science. Pratham went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Technology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, from 2008 to 2012.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Pratham furthered their education by earning a Master's degree in Information Management from Syracuse University between 2014 and 2016. During this time, they also acquired several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include "Designing RESTful APIs" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "Project Management Foundations: Requirements (2015)" from LinkedIn in May 2019, "Agile Project Management with Microsoft Project" and "Business Analysis Fundamentals" from Lynda.com in May 2016, "Customer Analytics" from Coursera Course Certificates in May 2016, "Lean Six Sigma Fundamentals" from Lynda.com in May 2016, and "Diploma in Cyber Law" from Asian School of Cyber Laws in August 2010.
