Science of Diversity & Inclusion Initiative
Jeffrey Flory is an Associate Professor at The Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College since January 2013, and a Co-Founder of the Science of Diversity & Inclusion Initiative since January 2017. Previously, Flory served as a Visiting Scholar in the Economics Department at the University of Chicago from January 2017 to January 2018 and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Becker Friedman Institute for Economics at the University of Chicago from September 2011 to December 2012. Research interests include the Economics of Diversity, Experimental Economics, and Development Economics, with a focus on designing and implementing field experiments for publication in prestigious economics journals. Flory holds a Postdoctoral degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor's degree in History from Reed College.
