Jessica Shapiro

Jessica Shapiro is a UI/UX Designer at ScienceIO. Jessica has been with the company since September 2019 and in their current role, they are responsible for developing a Figma component library, leading the implementation of the library in Storybook, and initiating the switch to Figma for all design components. Additionally, Jessica designs ScienceIO products end-to-end, including the Annotate product and the API Dashboard. Jessica has also branded all email communications, the stripe user portal, and the Okta dashboard. In their previous role at ScienceIO, Jessica created wireframes and prototypes in Figma, tested them with users, and analyzed the results. Jessica also led the Design > Dev handoff and quality assurance processes.

Jessica Shapiro has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Northeastern University. Jessica also has a degree from ACT - American College of Thessaloniki.
