Kyra Ecker has an extensive work experience in customer marketing and advocacy roles. Kyra started their career in 1996 at PeopleSoft, Inc., where they worked as a Marketing Program Manager in the Corporate Marketing division. Kyra later became a Direct Marketing and Alliance Manager in the Services Division. In 1999, they joined Inktomi Corporation as an Alliance Marketing Program Manager. From 2002 to 2005, they worked at PeopleSoft, Inc. again, this time as a Senior Marketing Program Manager in Corporate Marketing. Kyra then joined Oracle in 2005, where they held the position of Senior Manager in Customer Marketing and References for Financials. In 2007, they worked at Taleo as a Senior Manager in Customer Marketing and Communications. From 2013 to 2019, Kyra worked at Rimini Street, Inc., first as a Senior Manager in Customer Marketing and then as a Director of Customer Marketing and Advocacy. In 2019, they joined Checkr, Inc. as their Director of Customer Marketing and Advocacy. Kyra then moved on to work at Drift in 2020 as a Customer Advocacy Lead and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Advocacy at ScienceLogic since November 2020.

Kyra Ecker holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, College of Business Administration. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Data Visualization: Storytelling, Visual Storytelling in PowerPoint, and Writing Emails People Want to Read from LinkedIn in the year 2023.
