Maria Waihrich

Maria Waihrich, PHR, SHRM-SCP (she/her) has a comprehensive work experience in human resources. Maria is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Human Resources & Employee Experience at ScienceLogic, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Global Human Resources & Employee Experience at ScienceLogic from October 2019 to September 2022. Maria also worked as the Sr. Manager of Global HR at ScienceLogic from October 2016 to October 2019.

Maria Waihrich, PHR, SHRM-SCP (she/her) holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University School of Business. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration at Montgomery College. Maria also has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. In terms of certifications, they obtained the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute in June 2013 and the SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) and SHRM-SCP (SHRM Senior Certified Professional) certifications from SHRM in September 2015 and September 2019, respectively. Additionally, Maria has completed various short courses and programs to enhance their skills and knowledge in areas like productivity, hybrid work environments, HR strategy, employee experience, and talent management.
