Patrick Hubbard

Patrick Hubbard has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Patrick currently serves as the Director of Technical Product Marketing at ScienceLogic since August 2021. Prior to this role, they held various positions at SolarWinds from 2007 to 2021, including Principal Head Geek and Technical Product Marketing Director, as well as Sr. Technical Product Marketing Manager. At SolarWinds, they played a crucial role in creating engaging content to support all areas of the business.

Before joining SolarWinds, Patrick worked at MessageOne, Inc. as a Senior Program Manager from 2006 to 2007. Patrick was responsible for developing capacity planning strategies for high-performance and availability in a rapidly growing subscriber environment.

Patrick also gained valuable experience at Sun Microsystems from 2003 to 2006. Patrick served as a Technical Evangelist for Sun Identity Management Products and later as a Technical Product Manager for Sun Identity Manager. Their responsibilities included sales acceleration, partner enablement, and developing keynote demos.

Earlier in their career, Patrick worked at Waveset Technologies as a Technical Product Manager, where they defined feature requirements and prioritized development for Waveset Lighthouse. Patrick also worked at Journée Software Corp. as a Principal Sales Engineer, leading the Sales Engineering team.

Patrick's career began at American Airlines, where they served as a Programmer/Manager for AA Internet Technologies from 1988 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in technical product marketing, program management, capacity planning, and sales engineering.

Patrick Hubbard studied Computer Engineering at Lehigh University. Prior to that, they attended Jesuit Dallas from 1982 to 1986 and pursued Honors Studies.
