Teresa Jian-Najar

Teresa Jian-Najar has over 20 years of work experience in various technology-related roles. Teresa started their career in 1989 as a Field Service Engineer at CCI/Northern Telecom, where they installed and maintained UNIX-based platforms and networking equipment for government agencies. At Lexia Systems, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist, providing customer support and assisting with software configuration. At BMC Software, they served as a Technical Support Analyst and later as a Staff Quality Assurance Engineer, testing and tracking defects on Enterprise Management products. At Ellucian, Teresa worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, leading integration testing and coordinating project work. Currently, they are employed at ScienceLogic as a Principal Scrum Master, responsible for agile project management and implementation. Teresa has a strong background in QA engineering, agile methodologies, and diverse technology environments, including cloud technologies and databases.

Teresa Jian-Najar attended Martin Methodist College, but their degree, field of study, and the duration of their enrollment are unknown.
