Michelle A. Youngers

Michelle is Principal of Youngers Acuity, a consultancy in operational strategies and talent management to improve organizational effectiveness, serving early stage and inflection point life science companies. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and trained in Builder Talents. As a cross-functional executive, Michelle brings over 30 years of diverse experience and an acute understanding of the start-up environment. Throughout her career, she has served as a Company Co-founder, CEO, President, and COO, and in various roles as a trusted financial and operational strategy partner to C-level teams. As a co-founder of ScienceMedia, Inc. Michelle served as President for 16 years and continues to influence corporate strategy as an investor and member of the Board of Directors. Other service positions include being a member of the Deans Leadership Council for UC San Diego's Division of Physical Sciences and President of the San Diego Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association (HBA).
