Antoine Goxe

Antoine Goxe is a consultant specializing in sustainable public procurement and green budgeting, currently leading the "achats publics durables" program at CD2E since August 2022, including the deployment of environmental facilitation services for public buyers. Goxe has extensive experience in academia and project management related to environmental issues, serving as a trainer and educational director at Sciences Po Lille since 2016, and previously holding positions at I4CE, Cerdd, and various universities as an educator and researcher. Goxe's academic background includes a DEA in political science from the University of Lille 1 and a diploma from Sciences Po Lille.
