Pascal Courtois

Pascal Courtois is a co-founder of jeudimatin, a self-managed network for independent digital workers focused on creating useful and ecological digital solutions since September 2020. In addition, Courtois is involved with tacticasbl as a contributor to Curseurs, a collaborative journal analyzing the political and social implications of digital technologies, and serves as a lecturer on "Culture and enjeux du numérique" at Sciences Po. As a member of Designers Éthiques and the Comité humain du numérique, Courtois participates in research-action on digital practices and advocates for technology to adapt to human needs. Previous roles include design and project facilitation positions at Bureau347, Central Design, and SMartBe, as well as serving as a curator for the Brussels international digital culture festival Cimatics. Educational experiences include teaching interactive writing at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles and ongoing studies at the University of Nowhere.
