Egor Shamin has a range of work experience in the field of information and communication technology support. Egor started their career at RITs-Konsalting as an Engineer in 2013, where they worked until April 2014. Following this, they joined NPPO Rodina in October 2014 as a System Administrator and department manager, responsible for server maintenance, telephone systems, and in-house software. Egor implemented virtualization and standardized security policies during their time there. In 2017, Egor joined ScienceSoft as the Head of ICT Support, where they currently work. Egor'srole includes providing 1st line support, user support, deploying dev-servers on Windows and Linux systems, and handling an average of 120 closed tickets per month.
