Katherine May

Katherine May, CPA, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and internal controls. Currently serving as the Corporate Controller at Sciens Building Solutions since March 2021, Katherine oversees finance operations for a national fire detection and security services company. As a co-owner and CFO of Grand Technology Solutions, Katherine handles all financial and legal aspects of a technology company. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Internal Control at TIAA Bank, where oversight of internal controls was a primary responsibility, and various directorial positions at Arizona Chemical Company, leading global finance shared services and internal audits. Katherine's career also includes significant contributions as CFO for Summit Contractors Group and various financial roles in homebuilding and financial analysis. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Towson University.
