Federica Rossetti is a scientist at Sciensano since May 2021, serving as a scientific collaborator in the Cancer Centre on the Joint Action Prevent Non-Communicable Diseases under the EU4Health Programme. Main responsibilities include coordinating Work Package 10, acting as the contact point for Belgian partners, and liaising with other European projects. Prior to this role, Federica engaged in the H2020-funded RESISTIRÉ project, conducting quantitative analysis of survey data and producing reports and research agendas. Federica has a background in public attitudes towards activation policies, acquired during a doctoral research position at KU Leuven from January 2017 to March 2021, which involved advanced statistical analysis and publication in peer-reviewed journals. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Social Sciences from KU Leuven and multiple master's degrees in sociology from Università di Trento and Tilburg University, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca. Additional experience includes serving as a teaching assistant and a tour leader for educational tours.
