Mike Hardy

Mike Hardy has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mike started their career as a Land Surveyor at Schoor Depalma, where they gained proficiency in various survey operations. Mike then joined the U.S. Army Signal Corps, serving as a Satellite Operator, Communications Maintainer, and later as a Network Switching Systems Operator and Team Leader. At AT&T, Mike worked as a Broadband RF Wireless Planner, Pre-Sales Engineer, Project Manager, and Engineer, where they planned and engineered fixed wireless microwave links. After that, they owned and operated Zinga's Corn Patch - Dairy & Grill while concurrently working at Nucomm/IMT as a Systems Engineer, Sales Support Engineer, and Technical Writer. Mike also worked at Integrated Microwave Technologies as a Systems Engineer, Sales Support Engineer, Technical Writer, and Manager of Customer Tech Support, Applications Engineering, and Documentation. Mike later transitioned to Automated Wireless Environments as a Tech Support Rep II, where they resolved client issues and improved the tech support interface. Subsequently, Mike worked at DataForm Solutions as the Owner before joining Spinneret Web Consulting as a Project Manager and Quality Control. Currently, they are a Radio Frequency Engineer at Scientel Solutions, responsible for designing and optimizing P2P wireless systems.

Mike Hardy attended the U.S. Army Signal Corps in 1991, where they studied troubleshooting mobile communications systems.
