Irwin L Costa possesses extensive experience in the banking and financial systems sector, holding various roles at Scienter Technologies (Pte) Ltd since October 2010, including Manager, Assistant Manager, Technical Lead, and Software Engineer. Prior to this, Irwin served as a Software Developer at David Pieris Motor Company Limited and David Pieris Information Technologies Limited from February 2009 to October 2010. Irwin holds a Higher National Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM - Sri Lanka) and a GCE A/L in Mathematics from St. Benedict's College, Colombo-13.
